Frequently Bought Together

The model 5050 ErgoKneel Mat from Working Concepts is made of heavy, resilient, closed-cell foam rubber, not hard plastic. This comfortable, ergonomic mat will not compression set or absorb liquids. It is impervious to oil and other petroleum products and are self-extinguishing if exposed to fire. Great for severe kneeling conditions on cold hard steel, concrete, grating, and gravel surfaces. Made of 1 in. closed-cell foam rubber, the ErgoKneel is a resilient and durable mat. It's easy to clean due to its closed-cell rubber nature (not plastic, like some kneeling mats), so you can use soap, power wash, or even some harsher solvents if needed. The ErgoKneel Kneeling Mat is designed for industrial use and is incredibly tough. Use of a good knee pad can help prevent and reduce knee trauma and back pains, making whatever work you are doing a whole lot more comfortable and increasing your productivity. With a large floor area (14 in. x 21 in.) the ErgoKneel Kneeling Mat 5050 gives you plenty of space to move around. The ErgoKneel Kneeling Mat 5050 is perfect for utility workers (telecommunications, plumbers), petrochemical workers, and electricians, or for use at home (gardening, DIY etc).

    Great Product!

Posted by Arthritic Bill on Jun 9th 2017

I use mine when weeding the garden and when doing maintenance on my riding mower and regular mower. Bought one for my brother-in-law who has an auto repair shop and recently had knee surgery. He always had pads for kneeing, but nothing as good as this.

I checked the review blog to see if anyone gave it a bad rating. Found no bad ratings, only 5 star and a few 4 star. Like them, I think this is a great product!

    Incredibly tough and comfortable

Posted by AnEngineer on Nov 2nd 2015

I work for a 24/7 manufacturer and we've had about five of these in our tech shop for the last two years. These have been put to the ultimate test with big guys using these everyday in a wide variety of situations including putting full weight on them over relatively sharp rails. None of them are shedding or look like they're breaking down. Even the handles and the print are holding up. Absolutely top quality product at a very reasonable price. This will be the last knee pad you'll buy.

I have now ordered three of these mats as gifts for important men in my life. I just thought of one more important man, so I'll probably be back for another!

    Excellent product

Very happy with the Ergo-Kneel. Bought it not for kneeling but as seat for my kayak. Its definitely cushy on the tushy, :)

Tried kneeling on it and definitely feels good.

Does not absorb fluids, as claimed and as tested as seat for my kayak.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have to be on my knees quite a bit and don't like wearing knee pads. Highly recommend this product!!

    Use what the pros use

Posted by Gregory / weatherization crew on Sep 9th 2014

Our crew noticed that the gas service techs from the utility company used these, so now we do, too. Knee pads, the kind you strap to your leg, have their uses, but this pad is more useful to us in most situations. Installing door thresholds, outlet gaskets, caulking, anything where you're stationary for a moment or more, this mat is the way to go. Saves your knees, makes the whole process more pleasant. We got the large 5050. More room to move with out moving the mat. You won't regret this purchase.
