This external adjustable tank collar is a mounting base that is designed to attach UCL safety system accessories including fixed and adjustable sleeves for UCL davit arms and the UCL side entry system. It is designed to attach to the flanges of manways and is constructed of powder-coated, lightweight aluminum. The external tank collar assembles quickly with minimal tools.
