The adjuster on the ERGOGRIP is attached to a steel carabiner with a 3/4 in. gate opening and with the ability to withstand 3,600 lbs. of force. It easily attaches to a harnesses side D-ring, making it accessible with just one hand when you need to adjust. On the end of the lanyard is a 5 1/8 in. by 2 7/8 in. steel snaphook with a 3/4 in. gate opening.
