Replacement filters for Pureweld EMS powered air purifying respirators (PAPR) systems. The HE/HF filter is a HEPA filter that also provides protection against Hydrogen Fluoride as well as nuisance odors, organic vapors, inorganic vapors, and acid gases. Pureweld PAPR systems have an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000. This is the highest level of protection recognized by OSHA. Pureflo filters are excellent for welding and other tasks with airborne particulate matter. Because Pureweld systems have their fan and batteries built into the helmet system, they do not require hoses and belt packs that often get in the way while working.
