The Rescue Y-Lanyard 1231460 from DBI-SALA. Y-lanyards are ideal for rescue and retrieval applications and for use with retrieval harnesses incorporating shoulder retrieval D-rings. When used together during emergency retrieval operations, they keep the user in an upright position and reduce the space needed to extract them. Carabiner not included.
