The 3M FT-12 Sweet Fit Test Solution forms part of the FT-10 Qualitative Fit Test Apparatus from 3M, which is used to ensure that any respirator or similar face mask (such as the N95 Mask) forms a safe seal with the face to meet OSHA standards. The FT-12 Sweet Test Solution is utilized with a nebulizer (FT-13) and collar (FT-15) to test the fit of dust masks and respirators - as part of your personal protective equipment. This solution is comprised of water and sodium saccharine. The FT 12 Sweet Fit Test Solution should only be used after initial sensitivity testing with the FT-11 Sensitivity Solution.
