3M 5P71 Prefilter

Prefilter for use with 6000 series cartridges. "P" notation in the part number denotes compliance with the P95 standard. This means that the 5P71 is useful against dust and mists containing oil. This is most often oil-based paint or pesticides. Used with a 501 retainer. It is a good addition to an organic vapor cartridge, such as 3m 6001, as it makes it easy for you to keep your organic filter working well.
