The PureFlo 3000 PAPR Welding Helmet is reshaping safety for welders and fabricators by delivering full NIOSH-approved respiratory, eye, face, and head protection in one advanced system. Its streamlined design reduces bulk and boosts mobility, making it perfect for welding tasks involving hazardous materials like hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, and manganese. Without hoses, it works seamlessly in tight spaces and various positions. Equipped with flame-retardant face seals and two auto-darkening filter options, it ensures superior facial protection and visibility, helping welders stay safe and focused on the job.
The Auto-Darkening Welding Filter is designed for Arc welding or cutting applications. The unit is suitable for all Arc welding processes such as MIG, MAG, TIG, SMAW, Plasma Arc and Carbon Arc. This auto-darkening welding helmet is not recommended for “overhead” welding applications, laser welding or laser cutting applications. In the event of electronic failure, the welder remains protected against UV and IR Radiation according to shade 16. The auto-darkening welding filter should always be used with original inner and outer lenses.
