The Memphis 9378T 18 in. Knit Sleeve is made of DuPont Kevlar brand fiber. Double ply provides an added layer of protection from cuts and burns. It functions as a cut resistant arm protector. These come in a pack of 10. The Memphis Knit Sleeve will not melt, ignite, or conduct electricity. It features a stretch fabric with a thumb slot. It's meant to be worn in conjunction with cut resistant gloves, or may be worn alone. Because Kevlar won't burn or char up to 200 deg F, these sleeves are great for working around hot steam, exhaust pipes, or other incidental contact that might burn the forearm.
