The Eyewash and Shower Test Record Tag from Accuform is screen printed on 15-mil thick, flexible white plastic stock. Tag size is 6 in. x 3.5 in. with a 3/8 in. hole punched at the top, reinforced by a metal grommet. This allows easy attachment to an eyewash station or emergency shower. Beaded nylon zip-ties (not included) are one way to go. Write-on surface for Sharpie type marker or grease pencil. Sold in a pack of 25 tags. Both emergency eye washes and showers should be tested regularly, and the Eyewash and Shower Test Record Tag helps you keep track of this routine.
